What's Behind NourishPay?
Behind the scenes, your NourishPay enrollment is represented by a digital token — technically an NFT (non-fungible token). Think of it as your program membership card, stored on a blockchain.
It records your program level and the start of your 12-month program window. You don't need to understand blockchain to participate — your NourishPay account handles the details.
Based on current program design, the NourishPay NFT is intended to function as a program enrollment credential and is not promoted as a financial instrument. Specific technical and legal properties — including transferability — are subject to final program documentation and legal review.

Read these carefully before enrolling.
No. The NourishPay program cost is a one-time cost covering a 12-month program term. Your selected level determines your required monthly qualifying purchase amount and your monthly base GROW reward value. There is no recurring monthly program charge.
Each qualifying month, you must: (1) make qualifying purchases from approved vendors totaling at least your level's required monthly amount, (2) photograph your receipt(s) and submit them through the NourishPay verification process, and (3) receive your GROW reward after your purchase is verified. Rewards are not automatic — they are issued only after receipt verification is complete.
No receipt submission means no GROW reward for that month. Verification of your qualifying purchase is required before any reward is issued. Months without a verified qualifying purchase do not receive GROW rewards and do not roll over.
Each program level has a specific required monthly qualifying purchase amount that must be met in full to receive that month's base GROW reward:
- $250 NourishPay — $50 required monthly purchase
- $500 NourishPay — $100 required monthly purchase
- $750 NourishPay — $150 required monthly purchase
- $1,000 NourishPay — $200 required monthly purchase
- $1,500 NourishPay — $300 required monthly purchase
You receive no GROW reward for that month. Rewards require meeting the full qualifying purchase threshold for your level — there are no partial or proportional rewards for spending below the required amount. If your verified qualifying purchases do not reach your level's required monthly threshold, no GROW is issued for that month.
No. Each qualifying month is independent. If you do not meet the required qualifying purchase threshold in a given month, that month's eligibility expires and does not carry forward to the next month.
Qualifying purchases are healthy-food purchases from Grow-approved vendors. The specific list of approved vendors and eligible product categories will be provided in the final program terms at enrollment. Purchases from unapproved vendors do not qualify for GROW rewards.
GROW rewards are issued after receipt verification is complete. The specific verification timeline will be detailed in the final program terms. The quantity of GROW issued is determined by the applicable Elevate GROW price at the time of issuance — not at any price shown here or at the time of purchase.
